Free trial first
Every install starts with a 14-day free trial, so we'd encourage trying FlightOps Hub against your own Community folder and flights before you buy — most fit issues (Steam vs. MS Store paths, unusual folder setups) show up in the first few minutes of use.
Refund window
If FlightOps Hub doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at support@opossumdev.com and we'll issue a refund, provided the license hasn't been used to circumvent the license or trial mechanism. Requests made after the 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis.
How to request one
Email support@opossumdev.com with the email address used for purchase and, if possible, your order/license reference from Creem. We process approved requests within 14 days of receiving them; Creem then returns the money to your original payment method, and how long it takes to show up after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
Bought on SimMarket?
If you bought your license on SimMarket, SimMarket is the seller of your order. Please request the refund through SimMarket, under their terms and refund policy; the money is returned by them, not by us. Contact us at the address below with your SimMarket order number if you need help, and we will deactivate the license key on our side.
What isn't covered
Requests made well outside the refund window and not otherwise approved case-by-case, licenses used to circumvent activation or trial limits, and abuse of the free trial across multiple installs or accounts to extend free access beyond 14 days.
Your statutory rights
This policy describes what we offer voluntarily, on top of the law — it does not replace or reduce it. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal you have for digital content, remain unaffected. Because purchases go through our Merchant of Record, Creem.io, Creem is the seller of record for your order and their terms apply to it alongside ours; nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the law of your country of residence.
