1. The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlightOps Hub (the "Software"), provided by the operator of FlightOps Hub, operating from the Czech Republic and contactable at support@opossumdev.com ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
2. License grant
Subject to payment of the applicable license fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one (1) personal computer that you own or control, for as long as your license remains active. You can move your license to a different computer at any time by deactivating it on the old one first (Settings → License in the app). See the separate End User License Agreement for the full terms governing use of the Software itself.
3. Free trial
New installs include a 14-day free trial of the full Software, starting on first launch. No payment or card details are required to start it. Once the 14 days are up, the Software stops opening past its license screen until a valid license key is entered — nothing is charged automatically, and there's no reminder shown beforehand.
4. Payment & billing
FlightOps Hub is a one-time purchase of $3.99 USD per license. Payments are processed by Creem.io, acting as merchant of record. Prices may include applicable taxes depending on your location.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software except as expressly permitted by these Terms or the LICENSE file, and not to use it in a way that violates the terms of Microsoft Flight Simulator, Steam, or the Microsoft Store.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, consistent with the End User License Agreement, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
